The Selling Process

Personal marketing presentation

An overview is given to the seller as to how their home compares to other Active and Sold properties in the geographic area.

The listing contract

Typically signed during a second meeting. I provide a free written release of contract at any time, for any reason.


A time is coordinated for me to take photos of the home to upload to the MLS for your listing.


The Howard Hanna Real Estate Services yard signs are commanding. No one will drive by your home and wonder if you are selling. They will see these beautiful signs and know you are being represented well.

Showing feedback

As private showings are booked, feedback from Realtors will be gathered and shared with you.

Ongoing market analysis

Updates on competing homes entering the market and which ones have sold will be provided.

Contract presentation

All offers to purchase will be presented promptly and explained thoroughly.

Home inspection

Assistance in navigating through the inspection process will be given.

Title search

A title company, typically selected by the buyer, will research the parcel to determine liens, if any, are present on the title.


The home will be appraised in order to be funded by the bank.


The title company will craft the closing documents. A day and time is set where the buyer and seller meet to sign the closing papers.
